If you are attempting to register and receive an error message indicating your "email is already taken", and you never went through the registration process, there can be two possible reasons.
- Oops! I forgot i registered and my password. Go here to reset your password https://chiparkpoints.com/users/password/new
- You are an existing Chicago Park District member and have been pre-enrolled into the program. Then you have to options.
- Create a ticket asking for a new VERIFICATION email for Park Points registration
- Look in your email, spam folder, or main inbox. For an email titled "Welcome to Park Points, the Chicago Park District's New Loyalty Program". And then click on the "Start Earning" button to lead you to a verification step.
